Exotic coffee beans on sensual journeys from faraway lands are roasted with meticulous precision in a 12-kilo gas heated drum roaster, manufactured by Probat-Werke. Traditional artisan methods of roasting are preserved.
Coffee done “the old-fashioned way.” No burning or scorching of beans and no water-quenching during the cooling process.
